Cultivated the necessary skills to solely run daily operations within two weeks of hire
which allowed company partners to attend lodging seminars and network with other
industry professionals in San Diego, California. Base operations include sales, guest
advocacy, reservation maintenance, home preview and inspection, and problem resolution.

Top sales associate contributing approximately 51.85% of all sales.

Financial and administrative maintenance of all reservations including collecting and
posting payments, reconciliation of "daily deposit" report and "balance due" report, and
processing all credit cards.

Work closely with CPA to ensure consistency and resolve discrepancies between
Resort Property Management beta software and Quick Books.

Increased inter-office communication by outlining, demonstrating, and implementing
the regular use of tracking features designed by Microsoft Outlook.

consultation between myself, company partners, and Sybase software vendor. Defined

Front Desk Manager for one of the largest privately held lodging companies in
Breckenridge. Ski Country Resorts and Sports manages over 200 properties in
Breckenridge with an on-site front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and sports staff.

As front desk manager, I coordinated with the housing staff and maintenance staff
to ensure in-house guests satisfaction.

Numerous Intranet web pages for Avaya Communication. Designed site architecture, home page illustrations, icons, form creation, header graphics, and HTML for the Executive Sales Portfolio website.

This project was a particular success as I redefined loose concepts into a solid architecture that saved money, time, and intellectual capital, as well as, secured relationships between Infomedia and Avaya Graphics and stylesheets for Lucent intranet site “Getting Good People To Stay,” an employee retention learning program for managers.

Web Development, Creative and Art Direction for The Hotel Easton, a sustainable architecture project designed by former Labor Attorney Ted Kheel of the Earth Pledge Foundation and Peter Koehler of Koehler-Kheel Realty. The site was designed to illustrate how the principals of "green design" perform in an adaptive re-use project. Attended city meetings and press conferences with the entire Hotel Easton Team and was entrusted with Confidential information.

Graphic Design. Created concept, digital illustrations, design and layout templates for
wine merchant catalogues. Subscriptions reached over 50,000 vendors from Metro NYC,
New Jersey, and New York State. Prepared files for print on a regular basis, estimated
project cost, and went on regular press checks.

Coordinated on a daily basis with Lauber Imports’ sales staff to disseminate sales-related
information for more than 10,000 items to 65 sales people and their clients, retail stores
and wineries.

Found solutions for and created specialized marketing tools that placed an emphasis on
bottle sales and have appeared in the New York City’s Marriot Marquis, The Warwick Hotel,
and the Hilton Hotel.

Part of team that organized yearly wine tasting event at the Marriot Marquis in New York City.
With over 5,000 participants the teams made sure the event was clearly marked with posters
and that each guest had the appropriate name tags.
